Products that are immediately available in stock are shipped within one business day, provided there are no payment-related issues.Products that are not immediately available (\u201cMade to Order\u201d) will be shipped once production has been completed. Production may take approximately 25\u201335 days.In all cases, an automated notification system will keep you informed about the progress of your order via the email address provided during registration.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment via ELTA Courier or Hellenic Post (ELTA).<\/p>

You can calculate the expected delivery period from the shipping date stated in your notification email. If your parcel has not arrived after five business days, please contact your local post office to enquire about its status.<\/p>

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING \u2013 OUTSIDE GREECE<\/p>

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY<\/p>

We offer the possibility of exchanging a product for another product of equivalent type and price available on our website, provided that the following procedure is followed.<\/p>
