PAYMENT METHODS
1. Payment by Card (Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card)
You can pay using credit, debit or prepaid cards issued by any bank, including Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro, through Alpha Bank's secure payment network.
Transaction Security
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's “Alpha e-Commerce” online payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can then decode it using the appropriate key.
2. Cash on Delivery
Payment is made upon receipt of your order.
Please note:
Cash on delivery via ELTA Courier incurs an additional charge of €7 for shipping.
Cash on delivery via Hellenic Post (ELTA) incurs an additional charge of €5. Your parcel must be collected from your local post office after you receive a notification by SMS or written notice.

4. PayPal
Your transactions are protected by PayPal's online security systems, which are designed to provide a secure payment environment.
MADE-TO-ORDER PURCHASES WITH CASH ON DELIVERY
If a product is not immediately available and you place an order by selecting “Made to Order” and choosing “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method, a deposit of €50 is required.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts before production of your order can begin.
SHIPPING METHODS
1. Courier Delivery (Greece Only)
Most products are shipped via ELTA Courier to provide faster and more reliable delivery, depending on the destination.
2. Hellenic Post (ELTA) – Deliveries Within Greece and Internationally
You may choose Hellenic Post (ELTA) as your shipping method:
Within Greece: Free shipping.
International shipping: €20 for deliveries to any country worldwide.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Products that are immediately available in stock are shipped within one business day, provided there are no payment-related issues.
Products that are not immediately available (“Made to Order”) will be shipped once production has been completed. Production may take approximately 25–35 days.
In all cases, an automated notification system will keep you informed about the progress of your order via the email address provided during registration.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment via ELTA Courier or Hellenic Post (ELTA).
HOW CAN YOU TRACK YOUR PARCEL?
ELTA Courier
Using your tracking number, you can call 11120 from anywhere in Greece to obtain information about the location of your parcel and its expected delivery date.
You can also track your parcel online at:

Enter your ELTA Courier tracking number in the “Shipment Tracking” field.
Hellenic Post (ELTA)
Using your tracking number, you can call 800 118 2000 from a landline (at the applicable local-call rate, as stated in the original policy) or 210 335 3544 from a mobile phone to obtain information about the location of your parcel and its expected delivery date.

SHIPPING COSTS
1. Shipping via Hellenic Post (ELTA)
Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer: Free shipping within Greece.
Cash on delivery: €5.
International shipping for one pair of shoes: €20.
Each additional pair of shoes: €10.
2. Shipping via ELTA Courier
Cash on delivery: €7.
Credit card, bank transfer or PayPal: €5.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
1. GREECE
ELTA Courier
Delivery via ELTA Courier generally takes:
1–2 business days for most areas in Greece.
2–3 business days for more remote areas.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Hellenic Post (ELTA)
Delivery via Hellenic Post generally takes 3–5 business days.
You will receive a notification informing you that your parcel is ready for collection at your local post office.
You can calculate the expected delivery period from the shipping date stated in your notification email. If your parcel has not arrived after five business days, please contact your local post office to enquire about its status.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – OUTSIDE GREECE
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Hellenic Post (ELTA): Approximately 10–15 days, depending on the destination country.
FedEx or DHL: Approximately 3–5 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We offer the possibility of exchanging a product for another product of equivalent type and price available on our website, provided that the following procedure is followed.
1. Contact us by email
Please contact us at imaginetangoshoes@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your product, explaining why you wish to exchange it.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted without prior notification and agreement with us.
2. Return the product with the accompanying documents
The product must be returned together with all the documents supplied with it, including the retail receipt, dispatch note, and proof of delivery from the shipping company. You must also send us the relevant shipping or delivery confirmation.
3. Keep your shipping receipt
Please keep the shipping receipt issued by the courier or post office until you receive an email confirming that we have received your returned product.
4. Condition of returned products
Returned products must be in the same condition as when received by the customer: in excellent condition, complete, and free from damage.
We recommend that you exercise particular care when trying on your shoes for the first time.
For the initial fitting, try on only the right shoe and do so on a carpet to prevent the soles or heels from being scratched by hard surfaces.
Do not force your foot into a shoe if you find that the size is too small, as this may stretch the shoe and permanently alter its shape.
After putting on the shoe, avoid movements that could crease, scratch, or stretch the leather.
5. Product exchange
Provided that the above conditions have been met, you may choose another product of equivalent type and price from our website.
If you cannot find a product that suits your preferences, you may choose a product from one of our upcoming collections.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions stated above, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
6. Return and reshipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product via Hellenic Post (ELTA) or courier, except where the return is necessary because the product received differs from the product ordered.
Imagine Tango Shoes will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement product for the first exchange.
